ShamimX Digital is an independent AI automation service brand operated by Shamim Chowdhury in Bangladesh. This policy applies to information submitted through shamimxdigital.com and direct project communication.
Information you choose to provide
The website may receive your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp contact, website or business profile URL, project details, and any other information you include in a message.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, API keys, government identification, medical information, or other sensitive personal data through the project form or website assistant.
How information is used
- Review and respond to project inquiries.
- Understand the requested service and business process.
- Provide support and maintain communication history.
- Protect the website from spam, abuse, and security threats.
- Improve website content and service information.
Forms and service providers
The project form is submitted to FormSubmit, which delivers the information to the ShamimX Digital project inbox. This keeps the form portable across supported hosting providers. FormSubmit and the email provider process information according to their own privacy terms and the website configuration.
Website assistant
The current website assistant contains pre-written questions and answers based on published service information. It does not send messages to an external AI model and does not collect contact details.
If a live AI feature is added later, this policy and the assistant notice will be updated before that feature is enabled.
Cookies and analytics
A necessary preference cookie remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics storage is denied by default and remains disabled unless you consent. Advertising cookies are not used. The website currently includes a consent-ready framework; an analytics tool is not loaded until it is separately configured and analytics permission has been granted.

Retention and deletion
